JSSA caregivers visit older adults with complex needs and help them navigate daily activities at home. We create care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and provide medication management. We do all of this and more with warmth and sensitivity. Our services empower older adults to remain at home with a strong sense of dignity as they navigate the physical, social, and emotional challenges of aging.

Home Support Services:
- Grocery shopping/errands
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments
Medical Care Management:
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- Home safety assessments
- Medication administration (supervised by a registered nurse)
